I agree. A team of only snipers will most likely fail horribly, no matter how good their communication is. But you might have a team with "too many" snipers that still does quite well due to good communication and a map that is good for snipers.

Yeah oey, that's exactly my point. You can have an overabundance of suboptimal class choices and still do quite well if you're coordinated, against a fragmented team of what might be considered "better" classes.
