=[e]= tag usage

Aloha guys , since i was new i had a question.

i started playing BC2 lately again since BF3 was getting kind of .. mh how could i say it ? .. disappointing ? . I used the =[e]= Tag on our rush HC server. Was i allowed to do so ? or am I only Member for the BF 3 Division since I initially got recruited on a BF3 Server ... Just wanted to ask.

Also how does the Admin stuff work ? Had some problems on the Server last night with bad language , trolling etc. i tried checking in vent for an Admin but couldn't find none . I would like to help out in the Admin stuff. Way back in the days I used to run several CS Servers when 1.6 was still big . I know what it means to be a good Admin and I think i could be a valuable asset to this Organization since I am online at times where others are in deep sleep due to time difference of 6 hours

Hit me up and let me know what I need to do in order to earn the right to become a fair Admin. aloha and thanks for your help

you can wear the =(e)= tag for all games, bf3 and bc2 are within the same division (BF division).

as bravo said your e tag goes for bc2 as well. once your in eGO each rank you have is for every game we support. though if you plan to play on another eGO game you have to take another adminclass for that specific game.

So Sajora and Bravo covered the tag issue. I'll cover the admin part of your post.

Admin access is based upon your rank in eGO. e's are supposed to join the servers, play, and have fun. eG's are admins in training and have the ability to use admin chat and kick people, eGO's are full admins and can ban. As for how to get promoted just be active in vent, in game, and on the forums and it will happen in time.

If you have any problems in game when there is no admin present you can allways use the ban request forums, which is a very important tool for keeping troublemakers away. Just make sure to read the stickies to get the right format and to include chat logs, event logs, stats or other pieces of evidence that can be usefull depending on what the ban request is for

A good advice i want to share with you is that you should always keep your cool in the server no matter how annoying or stressfull the situation may be. If someone tries to pick a fight its good to keep your cool instead of going into all caps rage, which is the way to the dark side of the force

Yeah i know how frustrating the WWW can be . On Servers especially. My motto is : "If you don't know him, he doesn't matter, no matter what he says or how he says it "
I always keep my cool since that person just tries to get on my case anyways. it's just sad to not have the power to do something when others are bothered as well. I will try keep logs but mostly I am only concerned for other players having fun. I just do my thing anyways . I used to admin several Counterstrike Servers back in the days and had to revoke severl admin right from guys who thought "Admin = God Mode" lol ..
I will just enjoy my time at =[eGo]= until it will be my turn to support as a fair and rightful admin. Till then : May the force be with you
