There are multiple people that you can get in contact with. If you have a question about one of the divisions, click here and scroll down to the division you're looking for an click one of the division leaders or the advisers. They can answer your questions regarding divisions.
If you have an application question, click here and send a PM to any of the names you see.
If you have a question about edge gamers in general this is the link to click. This is the fastest way to have a question answered.
If you have a technology question, then this is the link to click. There are people who know a great deal about technology and can help with most problems.
If you have a question just about gaming in general then the general gaming thread is the place to go.
If none of those forums can help you, then your best bet is to go to the drop box. You can ask questions, raise concerns or give suggestions to the edge gamers council. Only you and council will be able to see your thread.

Long story short. If you have a question, just ask it. Be it in one of the divisional forums, the general forum, or even in the shoutbox. No one will make fun of you for asking questions. You may get sarcastic responses from time to time, but everyone here is helpful and friendly.
