Been thinking since I can't do much without a monitor. About what you may ask well about how to better players' experience in Jail.
As a CT you should be slightly lenient, not in the sense that if someone has a gun for them to be allowed to keep it or if someone runs off or if someone knifes someone, but for instance when cells open if someone comes out one or two seconds late, just let them live because its no fun for them if they have to wait 9 minutes for a new round. Orders are to be frozen but lets say someone bumps their mouse or their game minimizes and they bring it up and their guy looks straight up, you shouldn't kill them for such small things.
Being an overly aggressive CT causes people to leave and the server to empty out. Know when to be lenient and when to be assertive, not aggressive because your actions affect everyone else in the server.
So remember, treat others how you want to be treated. If you treat others like junk then they'll return the favor to you and the pattern will continue. If you give them leeway such as if they twitch or your two seconds late due to your game was lagging then they'll repay the favor when they're a CT and that pattern will continue to help improve all of the players' experiences in Jail.
As warden also, don't give complicated orders just to kill people. Its mean and takes up time. Give concise and clear orders that players are able to understand and that can be executed and achieved quickly. Don't sit in cell block for more than a minute to make sure you have all the prisoners then move to a new area.
Many of you will read this and post how great of suggestions they are but really that doesn't matter as I want you to practice and exercise these suggestions in the server and in a real server environment.
DONT JUST READ THEM! FOLLOW AND DO THEM!
