Something up with the servers?

[The_Polish_Pyronaut]

Been hearing a lot of complaints of them not connecting to item server and just a lot of crashes/disconnects from them. Would be great to know if this is happening in other servers and not just ego's.

It's TF2 overall, probably Valve prepping for the Halloween update.

[Nix]

It's only ever happened to me on eGO servers.

Then again, I almost always play on eGO servers.

[Goz]

Item server = Valve's fault.

Server crash = go bug spidEY

[Shiznoe]

Valve just does these updates, and stuff happens

Item server = Valve's fault.
