People on the east coast who pre-ordered Assassin's Creed 3 (console) must be pretty annoyed what with this storm.

My import copy of Anarchy Reigns and ZOE HD preorder are suppose to arrive this week but my PS3 kicked the bucket so I have to wait until the weekend to pick up a new one

I've been chuckling as friends on Facebook post their annoyances with GameStop and others cancelling their midnight releases for the safety of their consumers. Putting safety before the release of AC3? Blasphemous.

So you dont care if people lose their lives & not get their copies of AC3?

What if you pre-ordered it & a massive storm came? You would rather risk your life just to play a video game?

Im sure you're being a bit sarcastic, but I wanna bring a lil real life understanding to this picture. I personally vote for the safety over a silly lil game. Every Triple A titled game will receive some form of media & fan hype. After a while, the hype dies off & the game slowly becomes untouched. This happens with majority of games out there.

Lol, dude what he said was like 100% sarcasm.

Rockefeller security made Triforce Johnson vacate his spot in line at Best Buy in New York. Johnson was already in line and waiting to be the first person to buy a Wii U when it is released in America.

Pillar I think what Slaz is getting at is that he's amused at how people complain and make a big deal about their "1st world problems" when there is so much more that is so much more important. I won't lie, I find stuff like that amusing...and at the same time I just want to grab them, shake them and scream in their face. "HEY....YOUR HOUSE IS STILL STANDING!" Some people just don't get it. It's all about perspective.

And you're absolutely right about triple A title hype. By March of next year all the hype for AC III will have died out...and people will be talking about the next one (I would bet money that it will be announced by then by the way). Same with COD, same with (Insert big name title here).

It gave him time to go home and charge his 3DS and clean his Power Glove

I don't know what it is, but I like that guy. There is something cool about being able to say you are the first person to buy every Nintendo thing that comes out.

As long as he keeps safe during all this Sandy ruckus, more power to him.

You think he wears the Virtual Boy on sunny days?

If you really want to see more of him, go watch the King of Chinatown documentary on Hulu (its fighting game related, but talks about Triforce's business practices). He runs a competitive gaming team.
