First, allow me to explain what bullying is:
Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among people that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose. Bullying someone one day has the potential of a snowball effect with everyone joining in.
This also occurs on the Internet, advancing to what is called cyber bullying. Let's check out cyber bullying:

- Cyberbullying can happen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and reach a kid even when he or she is alone. It can happen any time of the day or night.
- Cyberbullying messages and images can be posted anonymously and distributed quickly to a very wide audience. It can be difficult and sometimes impossible to trace the source.
- Cyberbullying often occurs in a vast majority of online games. The reasons for this may vary from someone's age, to the way someone talks, and even the way a person may play his or her game.
Do you know that kids who are cyberbullied are more likely to:
- Skip school
- Experience in-person bullying
- Receive poor grades
- Have lower self-esteem
- Have more health problems
With all this said, the CS Leadership needs your help to eradicate bullying. If you see or hear someone being bullied, speak up. We take bullying very seriously and will do everything in our power to cease the activity immediately. By helping us, you help make our community much safer and more enjoyable to everyone from all walks of life. Everyone is welcome to play on our servers.
