I've been without my computer for the past almost-week and I saw this thread but figured someone else would pick it up while I was away. If you haven't been PM'ed mush PM me for tips/advice/training, I've been helping some other members too and thus far they have been satisfied with my boot camp.

but for a less violent answer I would suggest you check the free champions and find a champ you're good with and buy the champ when the week is up. Then train on intermediate bots.
Don't play bot matches if you're level 30, which you have to be if your playing ranked, just play normal draft pick and learn at least three roles well before playing ranked.
I've never had to learn 3 rolls for ranked 1 is fine and 2 is great, if one of those two is jungle or support I find you're pretty much gauranteed something you want. ADC and support are my 2 and I've yet to run into the problem without bullying anybody into picking something they aren't comfortable with =) I also agree, bots are for learning the basics after that just practice in normal blind/draft because there are things that players will do that bots won't.
