Hey does anyone still play this mmo? I've just recently started playing and freakin like it alaht! Anyone else still kickin the Star Wars. The Ol' Republic?

Oh and it is free to play now but of course I subscribed...

i really wanted to play this game when it was big, but i didnt have the money for subscription based games. ill definitely be checking it out now that its free to play

I bought it to play with my two room-mates at the beginning of the year. Half way through that first subscription cycle they stopped playing. By the time my 60 days were over I had lost interest and didn't renew.

I thought about checking it out again now that it's free to play, but I'm just not interested. It was my last MMO adventure. The genre is just not for me.

That being said, this game had its own sub-forum for a long time. I'd try to get in touch with Cerv or SeaBlade and ask them if the eGO groups in this game are still active. We were on the Port Nowhere server if my memory is still working correctly.

Yeah, I thought so. It still fills up the game up I guess, because I heard rumors that it was dying fast in popularity for a new game. I always wanted to try it, so I'll look into it.

I might try it, but like most other MMO's I play I can't stick with them for long.

Deep down we all knew...we hoped against hope it'd be good enough to stand to the test of time. Nope, died out fast. I hit 50 twice in the first month and raided with eGO then quit since it had nothing to do after you ran out of dialog to listen to. Which I also just began to youtube so I didn't have to grind stuff out 6 more times for all the classes.

I will try it, ofc if i see the slightly bit of piece that asks you to pay i will hate it forever, Pay to win games are a piece of crap, or games that limit you to just chat, do 2 missions and buy a few stuff.. example, PotC Online.
