Help Finding a Good Computer

I need help finding a good computer for around $700. My friend is trying to get into PC gaming and we haven't had any luck.

The price increased because they're trying to sell Windows 8 OS now. The OEM version is still about $100 though.

Mouse and keyboard are cheap(can always upgrade later). Graphics card is your decision, depending on what you want to spend.

Some of these items can be switched for cheaper alternatives to save money. You could also buy some of them off eBay, like the monitor. Also, going with Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit will save you $$40. Since this is a home machine, you're probably not joining a domain, so why win 7 pro? Home premium will do everything you need it to.

Its $100 for Home Premium which will save $40 and is what was requested above. Plus if all you do is game, web surf, skype, etc then Home Premium is fine. I have Pro and Home Premium both are fine for what his friend plans on doing.
