Sure you may change your division whenever you please.
To change your division click the drop down arrow next to "My Account."
Select Edit My Details.
Scroll down until you can select a drop down menu with your current division in it.
Select the new division you want to join.
Please remember to message the DLs on your new change!
Also, i am in the minecraft division we are always welcoming new members.
