Help pls

So back when it came out, I played 5 games of Mann Up MvM. So, thinking I could finally finish that tour, I get a ticket and try to play the last game. But somehow the game glitched out and now says that I completed that tour, but I have no botkiller wep to prove it. Can anyone tell me why this happened?

Did your Mann Up Badge level up?
If yes, submit a ticket to the Steam Support

The badge is still at lvl 1, but in the map menu for MvM it says I have completed a tour.
