Tanky warwick is the best. Open with machete and 5 pots at lvl 1.
Go for early health jungle item or build a giants belt into a sunfire cloak. Later you will want items like frozen heart or iceborn gauntlets and wit's end. Other items you can get is warmogs. And remember you don't always need to build upgraded boots before mid game (around lvl 9-13).
I assume you're playing Warwick in the jungle, as that's his only role he really shines in. Top works, but I highly recommend him for a jungler spot.
Warwick got really bad ganks pre-lvl 6. So consider just going to lanes to scare the opponents and apply jungle pressure. Counterjungling is also an option early game.
Remember as Warwick you're not supposed to be the damage dealer, you ult the ad carry and suppress his presence long enough for your team to finish him off.
Warwick's passive makes him sustain so good, so never buy life steal, it's just a waste of gold. Get your team to do early dragons.
Buy wards. 1 every time you go back after lvl 6-7ish, if you don't got the gold then fine. but if you got like 100g left after buying whatever you bought then get a ward.
