Are you interested in owning Farcry 3, Sleeping Dogs, or Civilization V: Game of the Year Edition? Well I have a contest that is right up your alley: The Farcry February Contest! The prime focus of this contest will be recruiting and recruit retention. This simply means that we want you guys to recruit lovely people like you have been doing, but we would like to see a few more active members for the CS division. The contest will be based on a points system and this is how it will work:
One CS:GO Recruit: 3 points
One CS:S Recruit: 2 points
Introduce your recruit to a CS Leadership member in Ventrilo: 2 points
Invite your recruit to the eGO CS:S steam group: 1 point
Invite your recruit to the eGO CS:GO steam group: 1 point
Rules
- All points towards steam group invites and leadership member introductions are only applicable if your recruit joined during the duration of this contest.
- For a CS:GO recruit to count the whole 3 points the recruit must put CS:GO in the recommended by field. ex. Recommended by: XavierB in CS:GO. If they do not do this you will be credited 2 points.
- Do not make clone ventrilo accounts to give the impression that you are your own recruit. If we find out about this you will be disqualified from this contest and all CS contests in the future.
- Do not "team up" or "share" recruits. It is acceptable if you and another person happen to share one or two recruits but if members are found to be teaming up and sharing recruits they will be disqualified from the contest.
- In the event of a tie for either 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, the tie will be broken by whoever introduced the most people to a CS Leadership member in ventrilo.
- First place will get first choice of the three games listed above, second place will get second choice and third place will get third choice.
- Suggestion: Do NOT pressure your recruits to join ventrilo. If they do not want to do it then they are not to be forced to. If I get a complaint from one of our recruits it will not be taken lightly.
- The contest will run from 12:00 AM February 1st until 11:59 PM EST on February 28th.
