Big Brother Program

As all of you know or don’t know the TF2 communities retention of our recruits has fallen in the past few months from what we are usually able to do. This is mainly because of our ever so growing community and division. With this being said and individuals being busy with real life ordeals I think it’s time that we focused on our new members.

Retention and individuals being able to intergrade into eGO and the division is a big priority. Being a division that has been around for five years I've decided that it is crucial that we build up from within. The program than will help our advanced admins meet the goals and needs of our upcoming members.

That being said, I will be rebooting our Big Brother program which is basically a mentorship program for our upcoming members. I am looking for members who are interested in being part of this program as a mentor to new members.

I am looking for members to help strengthen the quality and bring up new admins into our mist. we are looking for people who want to give back to the community and help those who are new through their time here and in the TF2 division. If you believe that you are qualified to do what is needed please copy the quoted area and post it in the thread. Upon completion of that I will be sending you a PM with an additional questionnaire that will further your progress into becoming a member.

Requirements

Substantial level of in-game and forum activity
Must have been an admin for at least one month
Must have taken at least one BAT and or AAT
Able to commit at least 10 hours a month.

I mainly play during the day - during the week, so matching me to a player with a different time zone, foreign, where it may be afternoon or evening when it's day time here might work better than matching me with someone from Eastern Standard Time as I will not likely be available after they get out of school or work which is when most folks play.

On the tip of retention though, from now on I'm going to make a point of adding every "e" I play with to my friends list. It's a good start.

PS: The 10 hours a week thing should be a sure bet. But, I might miss an hour or so once in a while due to AP classes. Other than that, the 10 hours a week should be NBD

This is just an update! we are still looking for more members, We have right now 15 members who are able to cover at least 38 members with some picking up extra recruits.

The month of January was one of our highest recruits for the month with a whooping of 100 members. When we crunch this number for other reasons we are down to 80 recruits for the month of January that 15 members need to take under their wing. with that being said i'm looking for more people to join. if you have any questions or are interested Post on here or PM me!
