I just want to say I'm extremely disappointed in the team stacking on the metal server tonight. It happened more than two maps and people didn't even attempt to switch.

That is all.........

It's one thing if teams are stacked and it's random people that i can deal with, but when more than half the other team is eGO members that should know better.........

Always awkward this topic and the majority of the time there is always a player with admin on the opposite side.

I admitt EA has not made this easy in as much we cannot switch sides easliy to admin the game but hey.

As for the stacking, there might have been ulterior motives as in:

If everyone can please hold there posts until we put out something organised and official in the next couple days. The more organised we are from the top down, the more likely all of this will work.

As a suggestion, hop in vent, get to know eachother, and start working as a team.

Off course I know nothing of this as I was tucked up in bed fast asleep.

Just a heads-up for all those new eGO members, and any seasoned that may need a refresher:

Team/Clan Stacking - Is strictly against eGO rules and conduct, just as with all eGO games, keep admins and players evenly balanced between the teams. The servers do have auto balance enabled but do show initiative when teams become unbalanced.

When teams are full it is not possible to switch. However if players leave from the other side as a result, switch. I've done it. Or just jump out and wait for a while, then get back in queue.

I think the question should be if it was by the game or on purpose. In bf3 i see it happen allt that we all just get scrambled on the same team.
Knowing that is technically against ego rules i think we should keep in mkmd that whenever ppl from the same clan join they will probably try to be on the same team and squad. Playing on a squad with ppl you know and talk to at the dame time provides better teamwork and can actually win a game for a team if just one squad knows what they are doing.
Anyways did you ask if any of the, would like to switch teams? Usually that helps. And as ppl said it ks sometimes hard to switch on battlefield games.

teamstacking has always been a problem for any game, for bf3 there is a cap for switching and auto balance tools enabled but it never seemes to help

This really shouldn't be happening, and it is a shame to hear that it is. It is difficult changing teams where the game itself can limit you. If this becomes an issue again, I've given Skagnatti a scramble type command, and only under extreme situations, like the one you have described should it be used.

I understand that Team Stacking can be bad but it's real tough to reinforce. Take me for an example, I enjoy playing with my =(eGO)= friends and I'd rather join their squads or sides than be on a side where I'm the only =(eGO)= around. That's why I joined a clan. But if there's too many =(eGO)= members on one side, I'll do my best to change sides. Though I'll probably lose them as friends as I will be owning all my =(eGO)= brothers every round. :)

Thanks Thundr. I've always been one to switch teams immediately if the other side was losing badly. I do it not only to keep the server full, but I like the challenge

I understand the lopsided teams we sometimes get, but many times that is due to the other team's players just quitting and becoming campers.

I too, joined a community to play with the same people and especially to have known friends on the same side.

Granted this may have gotten out of hand tonight, but I have not seen a blatant instance of this, where EGO members are concerned, in the recent past that I have been on the server.

Dropping out and back into a queue would seem to me like we are changing the format from fun first, but at the same time, I do not have all that much fun when it is a blowout regardless of which side I am on.

I will, as an EGO member, try to keep an eye out for such instances and try to do what is appropriate at the time.
