Alright, so i've been thinking.. we have a Counter strike Division for both GO and source. We got DODS minecraft everything else.. why don't we make a Command And Conquer Division? just a whole division consisting of C&C3 and Red Alert 3... Would that be fine? and NO! There will be no money involved... the servers are free.. you make your own

Making a division consists of more than just a lot of eGO people having the same game.
I don't remember the exact specifics but for eGO to add a new division there are several things to consider. How large is the multi player community, are they eager to be recruited and do eGO's ideals and rules fit well for the game? They go something along those lines.
However, that is not intended to stop you from playing other games with eGO members. C&C has a pretty large following on our website, which makes sense because it's a great series. By all means coordinate and play it with fellow eGO members! We don't have to have an official division to have a great time with each other...heck when Age of Empires II HD comes out that is all I will be playing lol. The more the merrier!

King of going off what Spitfire'd said, just because you submit it to the drop box, doesn't mean leadership will highly consider it. The game has to have a bit of hype as well as probably some recruitment from the game in he past. If the game has a good multiplayer outlook ( both eGO members and other strangers play on a server together regularly ), enough support for the creation of the division, and the capability to recruit some strangers fairly easily, then I have no doubt in my mind it could become its own alone standing division. Until that happens for a game though, you can still enjoy yourself playing the game with friends of eGO and that one random guy that lives across the street from you!
