So i have a serious question

Hey guys,

Many people may remember me, many may not. I've been here for 5 or 6 years actually. I recently got a job and I'm going to end up opening another steam account to play eGO on. So my question is, how would i get admin on that account. The account I have and recently got back, was hacked and whoever had taken the account had gotten me vac banned from all the games i had on it (all 25) so that messed me up. But anyways is there a way to open up a new steam account and get the admin back on that account. I really don't know. :/

Your best bet is to contact your division leadership and/or put this in the dropbox so you can discuss what happened, and see how you can go about moving your admin abilities. Hopefully, you did notify leadership about your account getting hacked so that they would have removed its access to prevent server disruption.

BTW, I don't know if your signature is allowed (The one with the advertisement).

i think that may have been that stat thing that everyone had i guess now its an advertisement. ill remove it. also i contacted steam and everything when it got hacked, had a thread too about it. I don't think it disrupted anything but i do have to figure it all out. Thanks

Yes, you would need to contact leadership using the dropbox, and they would clear your MAUL profile. Then you can proceed to creating a new MAUL profile and verifying it just like you would as a new recruit. It's all a matter of them believing you, though. Good luck!

First of all, re-read all the stickies in the Central Admin 101, eG and CS-eG forums.

Then, check if the current scheduled admin classes are good for you in the CS Admin Training forums. Otherwise, you would request one here.

You can admin on all of our servers. One Source admin training is enough, because they all contain the same content. MAUL is also set up the same way, just repeat the same steps as CS:S.
