80% chance of NOT getting TF2

Well pretty much tried all my ideas of trying to get my dad to buy TF2. As the title says theres an 80% chance of NOT getting it and only a 20% chance of actually getting it at all. I can't believe he's refusing a chance of a HUGE amount of savings since he said he'll PROBABLY buy it later...Weird huh?
