eGO Beginner Competitive Team

Hey, so I've started contacting people who have mentioned they might be interested. If I haven't talked to you yet, and you want to kind of be involved, please add me on steam (http://steamcommunity.com/id/xtchsbrlx/) or PM on the forums. It would be even better if you could answer these questions for me:

1)Explain your general interest, or what would you ideally hope to see out of this idea. Do you just want to casually play lobbies with who ever is on? Do you want to first try out the format and then maybe see if getting more serious is appropriate? Or do you just wanna buckle down and start seeing some practices and tournament prep?

2)When are you generally free. Weekends? Weekdays? Times WITH time zone please?

3)Preferred format (6s or Highlander) + preferred classes

If you tell me more things, I may be more inclined to call you back after the first date.

1. More serious/ tournament prep
2. Anywhere around 4-7pm EST; may be different on weekends ( my schedule changes every week )
3. Highlander Sniper/ Maybe Pyro

Count me in! This may break up the Dustbowl tumbleweed a bit!

1. Just starting out to get the feel of it. I will probably like it though and continue.
2. I work ~8-4 CST. Any other time is pretty flexible for me.
3. DEMO, medic & engi too.

1) Buckle down/ Turny Prep (would be nice if we could get some coaching ect from some eGo comp players, Wize offered)

2) M-F preferable after 8pm cst (but if had to I could squeeze a day or two in earlier say 6pm). Weekends I'm flexaible

3) 6V6 (& or HL, I get the scene must folks want HL so I'd be fine w/that) Medic/Heavy/Demo/Soldier

I know I keep pimpin' this (but hey it's really a great thing), if you want to just test the waters & see if comp play might be your thing & get some coaching, Yes it's for 6v6 but it's still useful)

Newbie Mixes every Saturday http://teamfortress.tv/schedule/event/203-newbie-mixes

1. Buckle down/tourney prep (I am willing to coach) :)

2. no school or works schedule yet so im pretty much on all the time :O

3. 6's baby, soldier,demo,scout,medic

I am a coach for noobiemixes and have esea exp as well as ugc s9 1st place highlander

1) Practices and tournament prep sounds great.

2) Week days 1:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m (CST), Weekends depends, sometimes I have to work.

3) Highlander, Soldier/Pyro

1. Casual, but competitive tourney prep

2. Until early June, I have an hour on weekdays (4-8), and am almost always free on weekends. Will be more flexible on weekdays in the summer

3. HL; Scout, Medic

1: I am interested in improving, hopefully coaching, I would probably like to ease into it, but either way is fine with me.

2: timing mountain-zone: any day- mid-morning I could, but also any nights before 9pm, weekends can be more flexible.

3:definite Highlander, and as far as class goes, maybe you guys decide based on what you don't have, I have almost equal play-time on all classes save sniper and scout. If I had to choose 2, pyro or medic I suppose.

Sweet, looks like I've contacted mostly everyone. Please be on the lookout for a thread about a vent informational meeting, probably sometime next week. If you have any questions in the meantime, just leave me a PM or steam message or whatever, and I'll try to answer them. Thank you all!

You haven't missed it at all! There's a thread in the forums right now to our first informational meeting in vent this coming Tuesday at 7PM PST. Come by to get more information!

Also, if you're interested in this idea, I still need to have people's information. So answer the three questions I posted above and PM them to me. Hope to see you there!
