I just had a thought. Possibly have a lottery to determine who gets interviewed?

I agree. Which is why I think a great place to start would be AT/EC ranks. By the time you make DL, everybody knows you. Heck, if you've been Advisor longer than 3 months, everybody knows you. But how many people know Raynor? Or N-Light? I'm sure folks have heard of them, but a nice "meet the new kid" would go a long ways towards making HAT Division the most welcoming, friendly, easy-going, and fashionable in eGO.

So, If I take off the voting part and just leave the nominating alone, can it work out? They'll be ordered by the number of times they were mentioned. And as long as they're active and able to participate, there won't be much hassle.

Didn't notice fullmetal's post. That sounds good too. I can think of three options.

The more mentioned, the better chances of being interviewed.
Just mentioned once and only once to be in the raffle.
Anyone at random, but they need to able to participate.

Since this is very possible to happen, I will make a new thread regarding to the interview after it's been sorted out with jeremy and I on how choosing members will go while I do my work in full sail university. Be sure to look out for it and make suggestions before it comes.
