Admin Not Working Since Update

Had a quick question I know its early on in the day and most of you guys are at work. But ever since the update my admin hasnt been working. Just got my O and its mildly frustrating to not be able to admin on a server when others arent on the help. So Im hoping someone can help remedy my situation. Im not sure if I need to move some files around or what. My autoexec is in my cfg folder. So I dont know if its a maul issue or what. Any help would be super awesome.

Assuming you haven't done this already.


With the new update to DOD:S (File conversion) it has restructured the file system. What you need to do is move your auto exec file from its current location to the following:

program files/steam/steamapps/common/Dayofdefeat/dod/cfg

You used to have to go into your account name after steamapps however now you just go to common.

If you have already done this, just re generate a new admin pin and create an autoexec file in the location listed above and it should work.

I guess when they did the steam update they didnt transfer all the files over. everything falls under the common folder now. So I had to copy and repaste my autoexec folder into the new dod folder. Ichor pretty much has the steps correct. I just wasnt aware that the file change had occured.
