Beginner comp update thread

Hey man, thanks for trying to come haha. Don't worry! eGO still has its events working. Check out the sticky at the top of forums for the eGO TF2 events of the week!

We will be fixing our servers soon :< very.. soon. Maybe.

Well, I'm getting tired of blaming the updates. But, since the server is still down (believe me, I'm probably more anxious than anyone), I'm not scheduling anything more until I can be sure the server will stay up. I don't want to have to do any more last minute cancellations.

Sorry for the inconvenience, this has been really fraught with logistical and technical problems, but such is life. Stay tuned, I hope we can get everything moving again soon.

Heyo, server still down, but our friends in WM have graciously allowed us to borrow their server to get back on our feet. We'll be posting events for the upcoming week as we schedule them. Keep Tuesday, Thursday, and Sat nights free for us!!

Hey guys! Monday the people playing on the eGO HL team will have a scrim! We might be able to live stream it so, keep an eye out for it! We also might have another next week too.

Yay! We're gonna ease back into this, so we're gonna open up the server tomorrow for some casual eGO scrims. Just show up and play, and don't worry if you haven't played before or aren't sure of your skills - it should be lots of fun. Meet in vent at 4:50 PM PST!

Sorry for the late notice for tomorrow's schedule, I've been busy planning real life stuff.

Tomorrow, Thurs May 29, we will hold some 6v6 scrims for all the eGO members who want to play with us at 4pm PST. After that, Slither will lead a Intro to 6v6 workshop, and expand on rollouts for different maps at 5PM.

Saturday, we'll be opening up the server for lobbies, so come and join us in vent if you want to take part!

damn it :< Sorry, I was taking a drive and stroll through Yosemite National Park, it was quite lovely. Seems that some things that should have happened didn't come through. I apologize for that, Puke. I'll try to find out what happened and see how to fix it - I'm not gonna be around to personally supervise everything :/

I was in vent too and there weren't many people. The recruiting drive was going on at the same time so I guess people went there.

Crap, did I schedule them over each other? Ergh, I must have misconverted some times. Regardless, I guess we haven't really gone over a contingency plan for when I can't make the events / when I leave.

For those of you guys interested in the survival of this idea, we're gonna have a vent meeting to talk about the status of this idea and where it might go in the future. Hopefully I can make it to that. I'll update here when I find a good time (If not this Saturday, then expect sometime during next week)
