what are some good free art making programs?
all i have is photoshop so i was wondering what are some good ones?

hmmm photoshop is probably the best i use paint.net as a thing similar to the normal windows paint for somereason i dont have windows paint

all i use is photoshop(for advanced) and paint.net(for basic)

The Gimp is great, it's free and open source. It's probably the most fully featured editor you're going to get for $0.00. It does a lot more than paint.net, and a little less than newer versions of photoshop. It even supports PSD files, although I've noticed some compatibility issues with that...
