No it isn't, you can import it into Gmod but it's a pain in the butt.

oh when i asked for a sig thor said that gmod dint go well with TF2...

Ok....the orange box stuff isnt available for GMOD yet, BUT, you can download some things from [link=hyperlink url]http://garrysmod.org/downloads/?95367432[/link] ...... the TF2 player ragdoll's eyes look bad if you put them into your garry's mod directory by yourself
