Here's a list of things that I noticed in TF2 that can help you and your team out. I found them quite easily in game, but most people don't.

Number 1.
Scouts should never take the teleporter unless the teleporter is behind enemy lines. Period, no reason to discuss this.

Number 2.
In real life, if you're on fire what do you do? Stop, Drop, and Roll? Exactly. Why do people run around like morons when they're on fire when it only makes it last longer? Stand still unless you're close to a health pack.

Number 3.
They say a pyro should never go under water, that's silly. No one expects a pyro to go underwater so they're one of the best offenses in that environment.

Number 4.
When you're a spy, run backwards. Seriously, less expectation.

Number 5.
As a spy, never sap a teleporter or dispenser that's in an odd place. They're usually only there to check to see if a spy is coming.

Number 6.
If you're a demoman, use the obstacles to your advantage. Bounce bombs around corners to hunt them down from a safe vantage point.

Number 7.
As an Engineer, build teleporters on the two main points of entry. The spies will sap them and you can tell if they're coming or not.

Number 8.
When trying to avoid being sniped, run in a zig-zag.

Number 9.
In 2fort, if you're near the intelligence and you have a medic on you, let the medic pick up the intelligence. No one will shoot the medic if there's a big chance that you have the intel. Also, you have all the fun, let the medic be rewarded more for helping you.

Number 10.
As a medic, if you don't need your uber anymore, but don't want to waste the last five or so seconds, switch to a different weapon.

This is all I've got for now, I'll post some more when I think of them.

Never knew about number 2.

But I disagree with number 9. The medic is already a target of interest because he's healing you, by giving him the intel the enemy has more reason to target him when what you want is for them to target you.

Well, that's up to debate. The Medic seems to hide around the corner while the primary fighting class runs into the action. If the soldier/heavy/pyro/demo is the only one visible he will inherently be the "only" one who can carry the intel, thus making it more protected.

Wow, never knew about number two either, I'll usually run around like an idiot. :$
I have 1 tip:
-As an Engineer you can right click to rotate the thing your building, comes in handy when placing turrets

Edit for spelling

Yeah, I almost always go for the medic first when he's healing someone like a heavy or soldier.

Medics are faster though, so it might be a good idea to give it to them if you need speed.

I'm confused. Do you not see a big briefcase on the back of whomever has the intel? As well as a stream connecting the healer to the heal-ie? Ignoring intel, I always go for the medic first- always. Just seems like giving him the intel makes him an even bigger target.

And I did not know that Darkea, you might just see me on turret duty tonight!

Yes, anyone can see them. But in the heat of the battle do you look for them? Typically not, you see the intel arrow pointing near them so you try and shoot them.

Actually... it's a pretty hard to miss thing.

As opposed to the intel arrow which I hardly look at in the heat of battle.

Well, when knowing that your intel is taken, you look at the arrow to see where it is. Go in that general direction and you'll find your heavy/soldier/pyro/demo standing near where you saw the arrow pointing earlier. And as I said, it's easy to see the intel case, but do you look for it? Does that case need to be there for the decoy to be shot at? Remember also, the decoy can also be a good distraction for the medic to make his getaway.

These are awesome Thor, I have a few myself:

Number 1: As a spy, go as an engineer when you on there side, because engineers are ALWAYS going all around the map to check up on their things, and that allows you to get close to turrets. And when you zap them, stay with the other engineers, they always try to shoot the people running away from the scene of the accident, unless you have one of their name's, then your screwed :P

Number 2: As a pyro, USE YOUR SHOTGUN TOO!, thats why you have it, dont be an idiot and charge them with a the flamethrower from half a map away, give them a couple of hits then torch then them down, or if you are lighting someone on fire, take out your axe to give them a more humiliating death as they are on fire.

For the pyro in water, I think your stupid ;p

The pyro is a bubble gun underwater, the shotty sucks compared to the minigun or pistol. ( that is if you can use them, I dont know though, otherwise, Im the stupid one ;p)

Love my shotty. Easily half of my pyro kills are with the shotgun.

Well Blackhawk, you use the water to sneak into behind they're defenses. Say well for instance, NO ONE expects to have a pyro jump out of the water and flame everything so they don't prepare for it.

Some very good advice in there. Some of it I was not aware of, the standing still while on fire thing for example.

Serpentine Shell!

Lol, I also use the engineer teleporter thing too. I've gotten quite a few spies trying to jump over my portals on 2fort.

the worst is a spy who used a teleporter.
a:hey buddy whats sup?
b:not much man. you?
a:same here. hey whats that sparkling things coming from your back.
b:oh don't worry about it. hey look there is a bird.
*a stabs b*

can anyone see this really happening?
So don't use teleporters as spies(i saw spies using them even after you warn them)

Wow thor thanks for the advices and tips man...... when im on fire i run around and jump unless i see water lol.... and medic thingy that is up to debate... and as spy good point running backwards is good...

Another tip when a spy try to disguise yourself as the enemy spy so when u cloak yourself they dont care.
