Woooooo I hit my 10th recruit last night! Hittin double digits now on to triple digits lol. Some people might think recruiting is a waste of time or they're just too lazy to put the time into it, I actually enjoy doing it a lot. What do you guys think about recruiting?

Imo recruiting is good but I really dislike the way some members recruit to be honest with you.
People who want to join should fulfill some requirements such as speaking English well enough to communicate properly, not to be a meanie and provoking people. (not gonna get too into it)
oh well, sometimes quantity may be better then quality so I hope our recruiters are doing what is right.

In all seriousness I do encourage you guys to recruit quality over quantity, but sometimes the people with the biggest potty mouths turn out to be the most helpful people in the community. I mean hell, look at Ric (<3 you Ric). I'm not saying to go recruit every dude who's spurting off 4 letter words every second, but more to not shun possible recruits just because they aren't the most pristine person in the ballroom.

I never said you need to speak english as good as your first language.
My english is also not the best since its my second language, but I saw a few e's which really should try to atleast write full words and sentences sometimes.

Ah dunno why I am argueing... as soon as someone has a different opinion than the hivemind, everybody gets defensive.
