I keep trying to upload a video of some CS: S gameplay from our servers, but it always seems to stop at 18%. I use Bandicam to record by the way, so does YouTube not accept certain recorded files?

How big are the files you are attempting to upload? Youtube limits upload lengths unless you are a partner account and even then there are limitations. Youtube should accept any file Bandicam exports.

Youtube could just be doing awful sometimes that happens, but it may be your internet speeds as well...

Those should be good enough to upload, I have videos longer than those and they upload just fine. I would double check with your internet provider or just give your modem a once over just to be sure

So, I just tried uploading the 126,144 KB one, and it started at one minute remaining and went up to 81% really fast and just stopped.

How long did you let it sit to upload? Because if you closed it after maybe waiting 5 or 10 minutes, that may not be long enough, you may have to let it sit for a while...
