STEAM Shuts Down

Hey guys. I'm having an issue with STEAM. Whenever I click on a game in the store, it shuts down. When I click on accept or ignore on an invite it shuts down. When I try to subscribe to something in the workshop it shuts down. Does anybody have a fix for this?

Do you have any other problems with any other software? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Steam? Either way, after uninstalling, make sure to delete the Steam folder in the Program Files(x86) folder before reinstalling. Also make sure any games that have local saves or settings or games that don't support Steam Cloud are backed up first.
