Neither do I, since I don't want to curse on the forums.

I don't know why this happens... Valve should know that community servers are just as important (if not moreso) as VO. If you want this game to stay alive, you can't alienate sections of your player base. My ten year old brother would be able to tell you that.
 
I do believe our main problem with filling servers is our matchmaking rank. The likes of which (as valve themselves said) depends on how long someone is on said servers. So the longer people stay on our servers the higher we go up in matchmaking so the more people are sent to our servers. But when people join then leave not to long after it drops us in matchmaking and people are not sent to our servers. In turn 1. making it hard to fill and 2. dropping our ranks.
