The Recruiter Division was established in 2007 when each division had their own leadership that dealt specifically with recruiting. A lot has changed since 2007. The Recruiter Division was renamed the Personnel Service Center and a group of leadership was selected to run the division.
The PSC deals with a lot of things throughout the community, such as accepting and declining new members, hosting events, recruiting, and being the face of eGO in several different aspects. The PSC is a group of members who dedicate their time to ensure that recruits are admitted into the community and to provide the necessary materials for new recruits to learn their way around in and adapt to the community.
With that being said, the Personnel Service Center is looking for dedicated eG's and eGO's to join our team. It is a nice feeling when you accept someone into the community because it means that you are involved in the applicant's first steps.
PSC Members process applications and get to participate in events that are exclusive to PSC members only. There are also two different programs, with more to come, that PSC members can get involved with:
PSC Trainers
Help train new PSC members and show them the ropes on how to get started, as well as answer any questions that they may have.
Event Coordinators
Help schedule events throughout the different divisions and help get PSC members more involved with events.

If you are an =(e)=, just keep participating in the community, attending events, and get to know your divisional leadership; and once you've been promoted, you can apply to the PSC.
