Player Model Bloat

I've noticed a rather alarming increase in the number of models that I download when I visit the jail server. They take forever to actually download and once they do, I never see them ingame. Is there any reason for this?

You never see them ingame as in they are never used, or they are error signs? :/ If choice 1, then a lot of them could be leadership skins, and then some could be for awards.

Most likely leadership skins. Other ones are awards in the store.

Still not as bad as GMOD DarkRP, or really any GMOD server
