<div style="width: 500px; text-align: center" align="center">eGO has a large inventory of awards and achievements, all of which are important tools for recognizing the innovation, hard work, and dedication of our members. While each decoration is thoughtfully handed out, none is more carefully considered than the Medal of Honor.
A few times a year Council discusses candidates for this prestigious medal in a lengthy thread that can go on for weeks. After careful discussion, usually only 2 or 3 are awarded. This round, it was clear that not one of these worthy members could be left out. In fact, many of these awards are likely overdue.
With great respect and appreciation we would like to present the following members for induction to the hallowed halls of the eGO Medal of Honor recipients.
albertfish
One of the few remaining leadership members from the original Insurgency Division, albertfish has proven himself to be an outstanding leader since joining in 2010. Albert has had multiple roles in Op:X, but it's his expertise on the technical side that really shines. From scripting in Arma II, to making plugins and maps for various source games, as well as his natural leadership skills, Albert has become a concrete member of the Op:X team. We would like to thank him for the long hours he's put in behind the scenes as well as on the front lines.
Blindy
Since joining eGO in January of 2010, posting 8,000 times in the forums, and referring over 300 new members, Personnel Service Center Division Leader Blindy, has become the goto guy for Council when it comes to recruiting. He has taken charge of projects such as the Recruiter of the Month contest, which ensures those who bring in new members are recognized. His friendly nature, dedication, and self-starter attitude set him apart as an example for all leadership members. eGO is great because of awesome leaders like Blindy.
CopperAle
Since 2010 CopperAle has used his indomitable spirit to lend a helping hand in multiple ways. In 2011 he stepped up to be an Advisor in the PSC and provided a level head to a struggling division. When Copper became a father and had to resign, we begged him to come back in 2013 as a Division Leader for the newly revamped PSC leadership team. His strong work ethic and big heart soon made him a clear choice for Council.
CopperAle has over 5,000 post on the forums, with a majority of those helping other members. Through the forums and in game he has built strong relationships across multiple divisions within eGO, tapping into his proficiency with many titles including BFBC2, BF3, CSS, COD, DOD, MechWarrior Online, Minecraft, Tf2, WOT, and others.
Dead Tom
In his 5+ years with eGO, Dead Tom has shown an extreme amount of dedication to both the PSC and the Media Team. He has served in the PSC for nearly 3 years, longer than any other member, due to a combination of loyalty and successful efforts to make a positive difference in the community. From e-Orientations to eGO's YouTube channel, these things happen because of Dead Tom. When his efforts haven't met with success, he hasn't given up. He has tried new approaches, new ideas, and never stopped working for the betterment of eGO.
Lungbuster4417
Since joining eGO in 2009, Lungbuster has served through various leadership positions and has risen to the rank of Council, leading the Day of Defeat Division. His tireless work to improve the division at every level through his strong work ethic and genuine desire for success has allowed him to accomplish many things during his tenure. His ideas and guidance have been invaluable for the continued growth and development of the DoD Division and eGO.
Wilson!!
Wilson!!, What more can you say about a man who has gone beyond the call of duty, out of his way, and over mountains to make this community the absolute best place for anyone in the entire world. He is an absolutely fantastic member and without his dedication eGO would be non-existent in the world of gaming. Thank you, you wonderful piece of man.
Zeak(DK)
Zeak(DK) joined the Insurgency Division back in 2010. His primary contribution was making custom maps, alongside technical work for eGO. It came as no surprise when he was soon offered a leadership position, and he's been on the rise ever since. Zeak has continued his dedication to eGO and the Op:X Division, helping to make Op:X what it is today. He has had a huge impact on the inclusion of developing games for eGO and we all thank him.
