How many have served in the military?

I was curious how many EGO members have served in the military and what branch? I served in the US NAVY 5 years and was last stationed aboard the USS Hoist out of Little creek VA. God bless the US armed forces and all those who serve them!
 
Im currently serving. Im stationed at Ft Gordon, GA as a medic, I work in the hospital here.
 
I did not serve but I do appreciate any and all that have served and will serve! Thank you all for your sacrifices!!
 
My father served in the Air Force for 20 years and he retired at Hulburt Air Force Base. I still live in that area.

My name actually is drawn specifically from my basic training. I was in Fox Company and our little mascot was a "phantom". We would have to shout it everywhere we went.

"FOX PHANTOMS!"
 
I am doing my mandatory military service next year because I live in Finland.
So I am going to be away 6,9 or 12 months depending how much I have to do.
 
My father still serves in the U.S. Military for 20+ years, currently he's a Lt. Col.
My brother currently attends West Point Academy as a Sophomore.

Visited a recruiter and almost signed the dotted line. Kinda wished I did but I'm happy where I am now. Thanks to everyone who has, does, and wil.
 
I am a disabled US Army vet.. I served active 92-96 and active guard 96-98 --- performed a short tour on Guantanamo Bay Cuba during the "Haitian Migration" in 1994-1995 as Quick Reaction Riot Control.
 
Served in the United States Marine Corps from 2007 - 2011 as a 5979 Air Defense Technician stationed on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma out in Okinawa, Japan for the entirety of my service. Honorably discharged as a Sergeant. Some of the best times of my life with some of the best people I'll ever meet.

My very good friend is there right now as an Army Airbourne Ranger. I don't think he was there when you left, I should ask him. In any case he actually leaving for Italy next month.
