Css freze

So i recently rebooted my computer completely and i installed cs and while playing it will freeze and im not having fps or ping lag it just freezes for a couple seconds does anyone have any ideas on what may cause this?

Did you mean you reinstalled your operating system? If so did you download all of the drivers for your computer from the manufacturer's website? It is possible you're having issues due to missing drivers, heat, etc. To double check if you're missing drivers go to device manager. If you need help with this let me know.

the drivers i got were the same as before re installing my OS but i couldn't find the ones on the manufacturers website

1. Did you check device manager to see if any drivers are missing?

2. What computer and model (if built by an OEM) do you own?
