Surgery

So yesterday I went to my orthopedist and confirmed my surgery date on November 12th. Im gunna be havin ACL surgery for the 2nd time, the first was my left now the right. I might be inactive for a couple weeks after depending on how the surgery goes. Last time I was up walkin around a week and a half after but every surgery is different so who knows.

I've had a friend have an MCL and ACL surgery on the same leg before and he said it was rough at first but I've never experience it. Only a couple of my friends when I played football. Rest up and train hard to get that leg moving back in shape.

When I had surgery on my left leg I had a torn ACL and my meniscus was flipped over. He had to take out 65% of my meniscus

Any surgery is an excuse to eat ice cream...you can just blame the anesthesia. I had surgery about 7 years ago, and it wasn't even a serious surgery, but made sure that afterwards we stopped by Cold Stone and that we always had chocolate cheesecake in the fridge.

Anyways, dont sweat it man, it'll be over before you know it and you will be walking and running and doing whatever it is that you do...
