We need to create a special class on proper recruiting in our B3 and new B4 servers.

We all have different ways of recruiting and I was a heavy recruiter of Insurgency when that division was up and running. I'm sure the methods have changed here in B3/B4.

I'm sure there's a lot of people in our division like me who would like a crash course and new successful methods of recruiting and taking them through the process of registering in our clan.;)

That is a KILLERCANKILL strategic recruiting process...

All jokes aside guys...and girls,recruiting is a MUST. I know there is a thread about a hardcore server wanted, without recruiting, there is no need for BF Leadership to push in asking for another server. Council wants to see those recruits coming in and proving we deserve another server.
