Event Frustration

Tried to join the Pokemon event tonight but the maps wouldn't load. I finally was able to download the maps just as the event ended. My question is

1) Why wouldn't the maps load?

2) During these events do we have someone to help us navigate these maps and problems so we too can participate?

1. Probably because the map was huge (I personally didn't download it)

2. There was a thread somewhere where it had all of the event server maps for download but it probably is not updated with these pokemon maps...

Shiznoe is right; since the maps were added mere hours before the event, they are not on the map sheet. Regardless, the links to the map downloads can be found here. The tabs at the bottom switch between map types(cp, arena, ctf...) so switch between those if you don't see the one you are looking for. If it's not on that list, or the link is broken, you can google search to find a download link.

Once you have it downloaded, put the .bsp file (you may have to unzip it) into your download folder in a folder called maps. You may have to make the maps folder if you don't have one.

Turn on Auto Download or whatever its called (i forget)
