Battlefield 4 problem with CR

So I have premium and so I'm supposed to have access to china rising early, but every time I try to join a CR server it tells me I have to download it. Anyone have any suggestions\solutions?

I have that same issue. I know I downloaded and installed it a few days ago. Not sure what's up.

Hmm I never had that problem I loaded up and started playing on a CR server in just a few minutes. To be honest I didn't even know I had downloaded and installed the CR expansion. LOL

I haven't been able to try CR, I did have a similar issue with an expansion from BF3, I still don't have access to that expansion, idk what it is

This may be stupid, but you have to download CR you didn't download it with the base game. Go on origin, hover over BF4 with your mouse, Click the little i, and scroll down and download china rising

yeah, I did that last night and it still won't let me play.

EDIT: I think I may have just needed to restart my computer :facewall:

You may have to redownload it.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\Update and delete Xp1 and try again

yeah its loading right now, when I restarted my computer then started origin it started to download again, hopefully this is my fix.

EDIT: Yup all good working as it should

Yeah I had to log out of origin and re download it to make it work.
