It turns out their was a short in the apex thranfuring card in the tertiary grid. You can expect restoration of services in about 27 micropisacs. This is assuming of course that the cause of the short was not organic in nature. Word in the rathskeller is that there may have been an infestation of greem. If that is true they will need to be cleared out by a licensed thrunkenworker and you know it is their busiest time of year.
