3v3 Christmas Tournament: Questions?

One I've received from several people
On Sunday, we sill start at 3PM EST. How long it continues depends on how many matches get done on the first day.
On Saturday, we start at 3PM EST and will most likely continue until 7PM EST. It will depend on how many teams are available, but that's about how long we continued on Saturday last year.

Seriously though, with teams having more than 3 people, are there any rules specifically in place regarding team line-ups from match to match? Like... say I play the first round then want to sit out the second so we can put another person in for the next map, is it just that simple?

Yes, it's that simple. There are no rules regarding which three members of your team can play. This is up to your team, but also depends on if your four members even show up.
Feel free to rotate out players as you play the matches.

No problem. Their names have been removed from their teams' rosters.
It's inevitable that people will have to miss one or both days. This is why we have teams of four, so that hopefully you will have three players to play the matches.
Your team won't be disqualified for not having all members, but you'll be at a disadvantage if your team is missing people.

I have your answer: Yes, other people will be able to watch.
Only the two teams and the referee will join the League and Event server for the match, but we will have SourceTV enabled for our spectators to watch.
To watch the match, either add the SourceTV's IP to your favorites or type "connect: <SourceTV IP>" in console.
Here are the servers IP addresses and their respective Source TV IP addresses.
Event Server: 174.36.38.40:27015

You and one other player have messaged me about signing up. I am still considering this. If you are interested in watching and hopefully playing, I highly suggest you join us tomorrow in case a team is down a few players.

However, two teams have 3 players due to another player leaving the tournament, so you and the other player who have contacted me are now on the rosters. We're making this exception to hopefully minimize the chances of forfeit losses and since it won't mess up the bracket.

I can't make it either. I'm back home from college and my gaming computer isn't running. Spending my Saturday afternoon fixing it... Hopefully I can get it up and going for tomorrow though.
