What is Tactical Ops night?
Tactical ops night (or tac ops)is where many members of the Operation:X Division go to our Arma 3 server to play challenging missions with stricter rules. The mood is suppose to be in the most realistic sense possible. Furthermore, tactical ops night is not only for OP:X members, but for members across all Divisions, so don't be shy! Don't be discouraged if you mess up, their is always next time!
Tactical Ops Night setup.
When playing Tactical Ops night, certain roles need to be filled. The first major class is a medic, then Engineer, afterwards would be the heavy machine gunner, lastly riflemen/sniper. Please note, the command class will be reserved or decided before hand. Seeing as how 90% of the time the squad leader class has what a rifleman would carry in gear, we may not use him. Of course not all gamemodes/missions run the same. Do not forget that your CO is in command, not everyone individually. At extreme cases if you continue NOT to follow your CO, you will be removed from the event. However, I hope we do not have to exercise this at all.
