Battlefield 4 Server Language

So... when I joined back in BF3 there were really strict rules about disrespect and language in eGO servers. Did that change? Because I've been seeing tons of it with eGO in it not saying anything and/or participating in it. Before I start trying to bust some heads I wanted to see if I missed a change.

I've seen admins get on people for disrespect, not sure about the language though. I may be wrong

so cursing is now allowed for things like "damn nice shot", but if its directed towards a player

The ruling made by Council was that since there was profanity in the game, players should be able to use profanity in chat. However server rule of not showing disrespect to other players or admins is still in effect, whether they use profanity or not. So in essence "Damn I should have hit that bitch." is acceptable. "Tipton your a sorry bitch." is not, and would be handled w/k/b.

In these games, admins are to take a hard line stance on disrespect, using W/K/B when a player is being disrespectful, whether or not they are using foul language.

Still, admins are to try to use common sense, keeping foul language reduced to help maintain a more enjoyable gaming experience. Without creating a list of forbidden words, although "cocksucker" and "motherfucker" are included in the game content, common sense tells us that these terms are almost always used disrespectfully.

This rule does not carry over to any game or eGO venue that doesn't have foul language built into the game and currently only applies to the BF division.

eGO admins, =(eG)= and =(eGO)=, and those wearing an =(e)= tag are held to a higher standard, and are not permitted to use foul language in game at any time."
