You can play any way you want as long as it isn't an exploit or something bad like an exploit 
. Remember everyone spent their own money and can play the way they want as long as they abide to server rules! I see that some teams aren't as smart as others but that's when you can get involved and encourage team play and get them to take the Battlefield!

that's good m8 I was on your server tonight for a good 2 hours and I didn't see any team play whats so ever I know people have paid a lot of cash for this game and can play as they like but why don't you encourage it or police it how do you expect to get your donations to me that's what its all about playing as a team for fun to win the game

I understand that it is frustrating when your team isn't a very unified structure, but remember they can play as they want. To police team play would be a little overkill in my opinion, but you can encourage it. Admins on the severs are required to monitor a lot of stuff rather than just making sure team play is happening. It's up to your team to play as a "team", as it states (sort of) in DICE/EA's server rules you're not allowed to enforce a certain rule like "team play or kick/ban" or "no ACE 23". In my view, policing team play would be a violation of the terms/conditions. I don't really know any other way to explain it, you can play as you want to and yes, you can encourage team play and it is recommended! Also
this is your opinion, this is your vision of having fun not necessarily someone else's! I am open to discussion as well as the whole BF division, feel free to ask me or anyone else any questions and voice any opinions, as they are greatly appreciated!

You can only do so much. Yesterday I was in OP locker, and in voice chat encouraged people to push. However, only me and another squad mate were the only people pushing. The rest were satisfied with camping with their lvg's. You can only try and encourage your teammates its would be ruthless to kick people for their play style, that would only empty the server.

Did you think I was implying that we should be kicking people for camping? because that was not my intent, that would be down right wrong and do exactly what you were saying.

the game should run itself on a teamplay base but sadly it takes a bit of communication and common sense to check the minimap for enemies flanking you, flags which are easy to capture because the enemey is not around etc. i dont think there is a way to get ppl to be an actual team. sometimes you just get lucky and have a team thats actually using chat or voicechat but thats a rarity to me. but if you want to feel free to join us on teamspeak. it may be afternoon/evening for you when we have more of us on there but once we play we are organized
