My 2 cents, keep an eye out and if you find this then try dropping out of game and if the player is still invisible then its a hack. Either way if it is a bug then it will take valve plenty of time to fix it since they just added the medic gun feature which they patched the next day and is still bugged in my book.

Yeah next time ask everyone of the admins present if they can see him. If more than a couple cant see him try kicking him off the server, if he comes back and is still invisible then I guess you know what to do then.
