You can also type !jailrules in game and bring up the same page. (sometimes you need to type it twice)

Its simple!
As a terrorist: listen to the CTS, specifically the warden.
As a CT: Listen to your warden and enforce his rules! If he tells the terrorists to freeze and one jumps, kill him! If they knife, look, crouch, turn their heads, etch, kill them!
There are little games in each map, such as race, disco, couch/box game, etc. The Warden decides what to play and who gets to play (CTS typically dont play games). The goal is to kill off all the Ts until one remains, or to rebel and find a way to kill all the CTS, even under maximum security. You'd have to be pretty sneaky though!

I find that it is a good distraction when you get tired of playing regular CS:S. Although it does introduce some other nuances that you can discover for yourself (that's half the fun).
My advice is to join Ts, see how things are going. Observer what the CTs do, and specifically the warden role.
Be aware that all maps are custom (like Minigames) so your each time into a new map you may wait a bit to download all the resources.
