That's interesting, I didn't know this actually, and I'm not sure how I'd be able to avoid it since the program runs through all folders and files regardless of name and the like.
If you could give me more information on the type of exception thrown I'd be able to come up with a fix for it.
Also I noticed that the program is targeting .NET 3.5, when it should be .NET 2... I'll change this and re-upload.

From the exception, it looks like another permission error, so your first fix may solve this one, too. In reality, the directory just doesn't exist. The API returns it so that old apps can still find their data, but the real dir is \Users, now.
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
