I see that there's a "remove" command on the server. Which is perfect and all - however, it doesn't give us the stuff we remove back. So lets say I misplace a wall and I remove it - I lose that wall, which was a waste of 40 wood. Now that may not seem like a lot, but for other people like pubs, they may get frustrated about that.
I assume the option to get back the removed stuff was disabled and hence, I would suggest it to be enabled.
This may be a hot topic item but personally I think the ability of safe base travel via suicide is a bit counter to the game philosophy. I don't know if there is a way to block the suicide command or maybe at least have a cool down on the command.
[*]I don't know if there's a way to implement that; suicide is a console command. Even if you don't use that you can always find a large drop or some rad animals.
[*]Even if it is possible, I'm not a huge fan of limiting it. If you base hop, you do so with nothing - you only have what is left at the base you try to hop to.
[*]Finally, even people without multiple bases (especially new players) will often suicide until they recognize where they spawn. Limiting that would be bad.
Bottom line is I haven't seen anything from your reply that is compelling enough that the "good" outweighs the "bad". Of course it is moot if the command cannot be restricted anyhow.
Fair enough. I'd say getting rid of the suicide command is a matter of taste. However, this is the first time I've seen anyone ask for this sort of restriction, and I know that a bunch of people (admittedly, myself included) would be quite unhappy if we tried this.
Basically, I don't see the issues you laid out as worth going to the trouble of limiting the suicide command (and dealing with the inevitable backlash).
FYI - I did some quick Google searching. There is an anti-suicide mod out there, but there are two major problems with it:
- It completely blocks the suicide command. I'd consider that unacceptable - it means that if you get stuck in between rocks or in someone else's house you have no way to get out short of starvation.
- It runs on Oxide; I don't think we'll be using that mod framework.

Below you will find the commands and the link to the magma forms for this change...I was reading on the Magma forms and i think that one of the major things that should be changed is the Durability of items... i do agree they degrade way to quick... however with the new mod there is a option that you can set to lower the loss without turning it off completely... this will make it so that the you cant blow holes in someone and then have their Perfect armor and never have to change it out... this is a survival game and i feel that slowing the decay rate to a manageable level would be a welcome change... for example if the normal decay was say 1 we set it to .25, Basically quartering the decay rate. for armor and things... i can see for guns them wearing more often we are not gun smith and we don't even have the right tools so because of that things would not work perfectly... so i would say lets turn off the decay of 0% and set it to say 10-25%. this will make it a tad bit more realistic and i think make the game play more interesting... not to mention actually make the repair tables useful..Below you will find the commands and the link to the magma forms for this change...
conditionloss.armorhealthmult "0.15" // standard 0.25 armor
conditionloss.damagemultiplier "0.5" // standard 1 hatchets and weapon

I think the Building Manager plug-in would be beneficial for people sharing a base.

The arrow recovery plug-in would also be cool.
