Troops donations and receivables

Ok guys, I believe there's an elephant in the room - well, two really - and it's about time they get pointed out.

The first elephant is that some clan members are almost exclusively receiving troop donations without donating any themselves. For example, one clan member's stats last season was something to the ridiculous effect of around 10 troops donated with over 500 received. Do the math if you need to, but the point is that there isn't an even weight being pulled among all clan members. (Note: I am not saying it needs to be a 1-1 troops donated/received ratio, but I am giving an extreme case of what seems to be inequality in helping out other clan members.) Fair to say this could be for a few reasons such as lower resources available or lower leveled troops, but it still just doesn't sit well with me. I'd like to hear your thoughts.

The second elephant is the kinds of troops being donated. Despite requests for specific troops (i.e. dragons, wizards, etc.) by most clan members, some clan members disregard such details and donate whatever they please, wasteful to the donor and upsetting to the recipient. Unfortunately you would have to be present at the time of donation to see who is doing this to you (as opposed to just looking at the clan stats for the first issue I mentioned), so it's harder to catch.

I don't have any perfect ideas of how to address either of these issues, which is why I'm posting this here. I do think that clan members having been warned of the second issue should be kicked for repeated offenses though. Again, let me know what you guys think.

This ^^^!
In my other clan if you donated something that was not asked for or donated wallbreakers or goblins (unless requested directly) The other leaders and I would straight kick you out! there are plenty of other players out there.
And in addition this clan in comparison has almost no communication during CW with some exceptions of course. And if this doesn't change than we should just stop and save the resources spent because honestly our wins were mostly luck and very little team work.

I hope,i am not the culprit

I only donate when my shields are up (because I'm busy attacking during that time period when they are not) and when people aren't asking for specifics like dragons, giants, etc, which seem to be some of the only requests I see. The only expensive units I use are a peeka, a healer, and 4 wizards, which I usually have duplicates of already prepared in my barracks due to their long train times (especially peeka at 45min). They rest are simply Archers, Barbarians, and Goblins, with some Dark Elixir troops as specialized muscle.

Generally this is how I seen most donations work.

1) A basic generic request for troops (default request):
Archers and Barbs are the easiest and happily accepted but anything better can be a bonus.
But for this type of request Walbreakers and Goblins should NEVER be donated.

2) Defensive troops:
Archers, Barbs again are happily accepted and again Wallbreakers and Goblins should NEVER be donated for this request either but in addition the PEKKA is awful at defense and should be used as an offense donation only. Giants are not very good defense either.

3) "Anything is good":
I personally I do not get why people type this request so whatever you get you shouldn't complain. I think this is just a wasted request and you shouldn't be afraid to ask for what you want.

4) Troop specific:
Obviously donate what was asked for or do not donate at all. Do not think oh this request is 2 hours old ill throw some archers since he is not getting a dragon that ruins someone that was training a dragon for that person!!! And was not what was wanted!! This applies to all troops that have a long train period for example it takes 30 minutes to build a dragon and players usually dont sit and watch it count down the go do IRL things meanwhile so consider that.

5) Wallbreakers only or Goblins only (rarely used):
Now all you trolls can come and donate :P this is sometimes used for loot only raids and the additional troops of the sort equals a bit more loot swiped.

6) People come on and donate !
To the ones that are not you get xp and achievements for donations that lead to gems!
Once we get the donations requested accurately filled then we got full clan team work and can focus on activity for wars.

Anyone have anything to add? I am sure I may of missed something or difference in opinion but this is what I have seen on my CoC accounts.

I just felt like making eyes bleed...sorry!
