Graphics Card

Hey guys,

I'm in the process of getting/building a new computer. Now I may come back here asking about some other parts, but for right now, all I need to know is some recommendations on graphics cards. I will be planning on running games such as the Division and Star Citizen on this new build and I will want to run it with some pretty high settings. Again, at this time I have all the other parts down, however, my knowledge in graphics is not my forte. Thanks ahead for your suggestions.

Price range. What CPU will it be matched with? How big of a case will you be getting? Will the mobo be ATX, mini-ATX?

Price range 200-250 dollars and I'm really just looking for a card to match everything else with so perhaps I could find one pre built with it already inside
